Abstract:

This article examines the moderating effect of operational performance on the relationships between total quality management (TQM), supply chain management capabilities (SCMC), and sustainable corporate performance (CSP). The textile sector of Iraq was the unit of study for the research, which involved 350 managers utilizing quantitative research methods and cross-sectional studies. For hypothesis testing, the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method is applied to the structural model. According to the study's findings, TQM, SCMC, and operational performance (OP) substantially affect CSP. Indirect moderating impact suggests that OP has a substantial moderating influence on TQM, SCMC, and CSP. This study contributes to a body of knowledge that can assist managers and policymakers in evaluating the significance of TQM, SCMC, and OP in enhancing long-term corporate sustainability.
